RETURNS POLICY
AUTHENTICITY
First and foremost, here at a Fantastic Find we want to offer you amazing authentic designer items at
fabulous prices. We guarantee that every item we sell is authentic. To ensure this, not only do we
check every time in house, we also work with a third party who re checks the authenticity of all of our
Christian Louboution, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Valentino items, so you can rest a sure you are buying
the real thing!
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day return period on all items bought on the website. This excludes any items
purchased on a payment plan, are pre ordered or any international purchases.
We are a small business as trade and turnaround stock quickly. Due to the nature of our business we
ask that you do everything you can to ensure that what you purchase will be suitable. To ensure you
are happy with item, please examine all images provided, read the full description, the measurement
guide and the size conversion chart. We offer a very personal service . If you have any questions you
are welcome to contact us before purchase via the below methods. We will get back to you ASAP.

We accept domestic returns under the following conditions:
- Please notify us via email at admin@afantasticfind.co.uk within 48h of receiving your item and
include the tracking/shipping information. - Merchandise must be unused and returned in the same condition.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of original purchase delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned on time and arrives safely and
in the same condition as when it was purchased. - ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
All items must be returned to ‘A Fantastic Find’ to the address advised. Once your return has been
received it will be reviewed. Once determined it has been returned in the original purchased condition,
a refund will be issued within 5 working days. If an item is found further used or in a condition
different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and these items will be
returned to the customer.
